Technology transitions, policy pressure, and the physical impacts of climate change are creating financial loses (and gains) born by investors, insurance companies and tax payers. Building on the rise of voluntary and mandated initiatives for disclosure and management of sustainability risks, SFI is exploring the frontier of risk metrics and management, including the application of big data analytics and artificial intelligence to the computation of physical and transition risks to companies, portfolios and countries.
