Catalyzing Private Investment
Main content start
SFI is pursuing commercially realistic opportunities to design financial vehicles and strategies tailored to the specific risk and opportunities associated with sustainable infrastructure and national energy, mobility and agriculture transitions.
Our specific areas of investigation include: blended finance (the use of public or philanthropic capital to mobilize multiples of additional private capital), purpose-built public and private equity vehicles, and green bonds. We will investigate interventions across the technology development cycle (from early-stage to full-scale deployment) and within targeted markets.
